Most of my private work is now in the category of "Expert Witness Services". I continue to offer independent consultancy for Industrial Companies and Government Organisation on aspects of PNT and Communications technologies, systems, services, and applications providing this does not conflict with my main work. Example consultancy includes:
- Strategy development and Full life-cycle competence. Requirements Capture & Definition, Design, Justification, Development, Implementation, Performance analysis, Trials, Validation, Performance analysis, Standards.
- Experience with complex customer requirements (e.g. ESA European Space Agency).
- Robustness, threats & vulnerabilities analyses for PNT and Communications;
- Demanding PNT applications for future vehicle autonomy;
- Vehicle Telematics including drive insurance telematics;
- Trackers including covert (offender tags, vehicle and logistics trackers)
- Technical Centre definition & design; secure facility design through commissioning and accreditation.
